| A: | Hi, I managed to get in contact with Keta Bill herself, and there was a legal problem. Corey Hart decided to simply re record Keta Bill's song which didn't go down well with the producers of the movie and due to contractual reasons, the Corey Hart version had to stay on the soundtrack. All the details are unknown, but at least we know something!
I told Keta Bill to try and get it released, so hopefully one day it might be officially released. (thanks to axelfoley
