A: It's an unreleased song by Tom Rothrock called "LAX." The song was supposed to be released on the soundtrack, but was cut because the scene it was in was deleted from the film. In that deleted scene, a longer version of the song is played while Max and Vincent are losing the FBI tail at LAX. Fortunately, Tom Rothrock has uploaded the whole song on his MySpace page.
