Soundtrack Q & A
Q: What is the title and performer/band of the song that Oskar plays on his record player?  (from P in USA)
A: It's from Per Gessle's old band Gyllene Tider. Per is the male half of the Swedish duo Roxette. I don't know the name of the song, but it's the type of stuff Per did when he was younger. Great stuff. (thanks to mandy v, texasadd more info
A: "During a question-and-answer session, we asked Alfredson about the Gessle song "Kvar i min bil," which - as Per had told TDR - is given a prominent place in the film. In one scene, the lead actor is shown putting the the 45rpm single on a record player so as to listen to it." So, looks like the track name is "Kvar i min bil".
