Was it Claire Martin and the song called "Undecided"? I can't find it by listening to the songs on the soundtrack as it doesn't appear on the CD. I don't know why you say it does not appear on the CD because it is listed on the soundtrack and on the audio CD. I think there are two versions of the soundtrack CD, one from 1997 and one from 2003.
